Soprano Kristiane Kaiser studied at the Mozarteum Salzburg and at the Vienna University of Music with KS Margarita Lilova. After successful competitions in Austria, Germany, Italy, and Spain, she was awarded the “Eberhard Waechter Medal” in 2005.
Recent engagements include Rezia (OBERON), Elisabeth (TANNHÄUSER), Salome (SALOME), Marie/Marietta in Korngold’s DIE TOTE STADT, and Senta (DER FLIEGENDE HOLLÄNDER) at the Oper Köln; Isolde in the TRISTAN EXPERIMENT at Theater an der Wien; her debut as Elisabetta (DON CARLO) at the Oper Klosterneuburg; and Rosalinde (DIE FLEDERMAUS) at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt.
Kristiane Kaiser also made her debut at the Bayreuth Festival in 2022 and with the MDR Symphony Orchestra in 2024.
